At Viotec, we pride ourselves on our customer experience and ensure that all products are made with the highest quality materials. In the event that you receive a defective item, please submit the form below within 1 year of purchase to claim your warranty. In most cases, we will send you a brand new product free of charge. You will need the S/N code that is located under the barcode in your warranty booklet. This booklet comes with the product and can be found under the box insert. We also require an uploaded copy of your receipt of purchase.
